wow! 2 days in the gurnigel on the cc ski run and it feels like flying...! weather and cc run was perfect. good preparation for the chile-adventure... at least i believe in that!

cross country at mänu's birthday

mänu, my living mate, turned quite old today. he's still in the twenties, but just for his last year, though... but he's not too old to go cc-skiing and make many jokes. a great day out in the perfect snow-conditions of kandersteg.

telebärn - first time on tv...

today the telebärn made a homestory about the trans andes challenge and renata and simon. we're looking forward to see the interview live on screen....

hike a bike...

Simon nicht so souverän beim harten 'Heartbreak-Hill' nähe Napf (3h gemäss Wanderweg)
Renata souverän über die kleine Brücke irgendwo in der Nähe des Napf (2h45 zu Fuss, gemäss Wanderweg)

Es war als lange Einheit ausgeschrieben worden, endete aber als lustige 'hike the bike' Herbsttour immer in der Nähe des Napf. Dieser wurde aber nie gesehen durch die zwei Trans Andes Challenger. Das Berner Alpenpanorama präsentierte sich hingegen in seiner schönsten Pracht!

Facts & Figures des 'Mittwöchlichen' Ausfluges:
- verbogenes Schaltauge (Simon, wer sonst!)
- 2 Milchkafis (Renata)
- 1 Latte Macchiatto (Simon)
- 3 Packungen Kambly Güetzi à 500g (Weihnachtsgeschenke?)
- 2.5 Stunden auf dem Bike, 1 Stunde davon 'hike a bike'

...give it a ride! this weekend was good. as it should be like on every weekend.
nice easy rides and a meeting with my cousins. heaps of fun.

i started to learn some spanish (not really serious though). but i want to be ready for chile.
